The first movie Daddy ever seen was a John Ford Masterpeice entitled "Drums Across The Mohawk" staring Henry Fonda and Claudette Colbert. It was an exciting historical drama about life in the backwoods of New York state before the Revolutionary War. Henry Fonda plays a settler protecting his family in a lawless frontier. Claudette Colbert plays his spirited wife. Years later Dad run across a copy of it reproduced on VHS and bought it. He was glad he had because it sure brought back the memories of seeing a movie for the first time as a child; however he did say it certainly wasn't as thrilling the second time around. LOL
